The rear yard at this inner city residence, initially was very steep and quite un-usable. With a young family to consider, the owners asked for a new pool and a more usable yard for their enjoyment. Extensive concrete sleeper retaining walls instantly reduced the amount of slope, and a new partly out of ground pool allowed the pool and its surrounds to flow seamlessly from the lower entertainment level of the residence.
