From time to time, we are referred to clients who have already engaged their own landscape architect, as was the case with this newly constructed home. This unique site, offered some interesting elements to the construction process, due to the extreme slope, and inner courtyard that meant that we had to manhandle a substantial amount of materials through the house itself.
Working in conjunction with the Landscape Architect, builder, and home owner is something that requires a huge amount of planning and professionalism to ensure all contractors are working in unison. Communication between all the parties became our focus on this project to ensure the owners had minimal stress through their building process.
