Design

A design brief will be consolidated based on the verbal discussions onsite with Brendan.  Key elements we will be discussing include:

  • How much you want to invest towards your landscape project or pool area.

  • Specific Design elements you would like to include. i.e. Pools, Pavilions, Decks, Water features.

  • Assessment of the site. i.e. Machinery access, drainage, services, retaining, soil conditions.
  • Landscape Theme. i.e. Contemporary, Formal, Industrial or Tropical.

Quote/Estimate
Once the final design has been prepared and approved by you, the cost estimate for the project will be consolidated and finalised for your further consideration.

Initial Consultation

Consultation: $200 + GST.
*Fee proposal to proceed to design stage will be discussed at the initial consultation.

Step 1
We start the process with a Consultation with our Director/Designer Brendan Dun.

Step 2
At the first onsite meeting with Brendan, our clients decide on which design package would best suit them, so we can move through to a concept plan.

Step 3
Once the initial design concept is completed our office manager, will book a 2nd onsite meeting with Brendan to present concept plans and discuss final layouts  ready to prepare final Drawings. Throughout the process we will email design pallets and suggestions with proposed colours, structural elements and materials.

This process normally takes between 2 – 4 weeks depending on size of project.

Construction

With the landscape design completed, Colour & Product Selections done. It is time for the Construction process to begin with scheduling and site files preparation. You will have the benefit of knowing that our Director Pete Sands will personally be involved in the  construction of your outdoor area from start to finish. He along with our talented team have the, experience and expertise to ensure your project is completed to the highest standard.

With pools becoming a major feature of most QLD homes, we work with our clients to create, design and construct the pool, so it becomes a seamless extension of their home.  For clients looking for a healthier alternative to traditional pools, we can also include holistic elements such as no chemical pool options.

Once the initial concept design has been decided, we organise all the approvals required for the construction to commence. Being fully licenced Pool builders and structural landscapers, we offer our clients a complete service, taking the entire project from design to completed construction.
