We would like to thank you and your employees for the recent bathroom renovation completed in our home.

Our home has only one bathroom and toilet. The prospect of renovations was quite daunting as our family would need to continue to live our daily life without these facilities for several days. This prospect was quite a concern and the main reason for our delay of the renovations. While it was an inconvenience the professional approach taken by your company minimised the time our family spent without facilities.

This was achieved without compromising the quality of work. In retrospect we should not have been so reluctant to renovate. The other big issue was the size of our bathroom. We felt it important to keep a bath tub for resale purposes
however this decision had the potential to make the room look overcrowded. The design that you created made the best possible use of space.

The shower size was increased into a corner style unit. The space that remained for the vanity basin was limited to 600mm. The installation of a wall hung unit, shelf above the
vanity and mirrored shaving cabinets has not only increased storage but has provided an excellent solution. We really liked having the ability to purchase our own fixtures and fittings. This gave us the freedom to purchase from a variety of suppliers, select a range of products and get the best possible prices.

It was great to be able to check suitability of our choices with you prior to purchase. We are really happy with the finished bathroom and toilet. It looks contemporary and stylish and includes lots of mod cons. It is uncluttered and appears spacious even though it is a small room. It has a five star finish and is really luxurious.

Firstly, we would like to say that we do not normally write letters to people, but on this accession jenny and myself thought it necessary that we express our thoughts to you.

As you can imagine that having a bathroom renovated can be a very stressful experience for the home owner as we have heard many not so pleasant stories of ‘how things went wrong’ in their renovation.

Prominade recently completed rebuilding our main bathroom and our second bathroom. From the first phone call John returned in a friendly informative manner, to starting the job on the day quoted and completed within 10 days as promised.
