Thank you again so much for doing an amazing job. The quality and craftsmanship is second to none. A year’s worth of showers later, and it looks and works like new.

One thing that really impressed me was your communication, both by email and phone, right throughout the job and even to this day.

You can always measure the quality of a trade-based business like yours by its after sales service and maintenance.

As you know, your guys also hung a few bedroom doors at our place, and being an older house, the door arches are a bit tricky and warped.

We have had a few issues closing the doors in recent months, but a quick email to you and you had someone around to fix them.

I just keep standing at the doorway to my new bathroom and STARING! What a visual feast! It is gorgeous! I just love my renovated bathroom! It makes me feel so happy just to look at it. I was so depressed at the state of the old 25 year old bathroom, I couldn’t even bring myself to take a BEFORE photo!

I am amazed at how accurate your workmen are, especially the tiler, Darren! It is just a quality job overall and I am so glad I chose your company to do this work.

I am also appreciative of your advise on choice of tiles and the vanity too, Linda. It has turned out just as I had hoped it would – very modern but not ultra-modern with subtle colours that will match with anything in years to come.
